This lovely girl took her time to develop into a super young lady, she entered the ring with a flourish, if not to keen approach, but her obvious qualities stood out enough for her to win all her classes! Proving that the less common colours can be of the same quality as the more “normal” ones given the chance. Ruth only had a short show career as she preferred to sniff the ground and mess about.. that's show biz. But I loved her all the more for her independent nature!!. Ruth produced a lovely litter by William and my little star Carla was amongst them.. PROUDLY PRESENTING KING OF CLOWNS William ********* Say hello to William, he travelled from Germany to join us, what pleasure he has given me..

Looking serious.. Quality should always be the first consideration with the less common colours..	So clever at my first show Any reputable judge should see all colours as equal..	I hope you enjoy watching William grow from "Babe" to "Man". Sadly this is not a popular colour. Having always loved the less common colours I can see no reason to dislike any of them. !	The Beautiful Carla, Williams first daughter.. There is no point breeding colours for the sake of it, they must be true to the breed standard.
My Sable star Lucas He stole my heart at 8 weeks: coat changing at 6 months: Stunning at 2years... Making breed history by the time he was 2 years: The first ever Grand Champion SABLE cocker spaniel: Lucas won well for me before leaving for Europe to be campaigned to the top, a Champion in 8 countries so far, the first ever SABLE bred in England to become a MULTI CHAMPION.. Against all the odds, he proved all the sceptics wrong, and gained countless friends on his travels.. In case you are not familiar with Sable, it is probably the most disliked colour there is in Cockers, here you can see one of the best examples, sadly many people in this country have only kept them to exploit their value and not because they wanted to improve on their quality, a few of us who would like to see them standing their ground and hopefully with dedication we will achieve this aim.. Above you see Lucas at Cruft's and his first children>> And when he is not being a show dog, enjoying a well earned swim....... Doing a spot of hunting..Forty winks with his dad.. Or just enjoying a chin wag with his friend....... WHAT A BOY......
